A Special Note to Transfer Students 

Many of Western’s science courses, specifically the General Chemistry and General Biology sequences are in high demand. Access to proper sequences in a timely manner cannot be guaranteed. Transfer students addressing a portion or all of an Associates Degree should attempt to take as much of the equivalent science courses as possible before transferring to Western regardless of what degree options are being pursued. my

Once at Western, you will establish a new grade point average based solely on your Western course work only. Your grades for work accomplished elsewhere, however, will be factored into your AMCAS application paperwork.
