Information for Law Fair Vendors
Western Washington University’s (WWU) enrollment is approximately 12,500. Students at all class levels are encouraged to attend this event. It is also open to the public, and community members are welcome to attend. Two community colleges (Whatcom Community College and Skagit Valley College) and Northwest Indian College are located within a 35 mile radius.
Take advantage of your trip to the Pacific Northwest and attend the circuit of law fairs hosted by universities in the region.

Location
Viking Union Multipurpose Room (VU MPR) on Western’s campus.WWU (www.wwu.edu) is located in Bellingham, Washington. The Viking Union overlooks Bellingham Bay plus several of Puget Sound’s 172 San Juan Islands. The University is 90 miles north of Seattle, and 55 miles south of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

Amenities
At the fair, we will provide signage, a 3’ x 6’ table, and two chairs. Due to space limitations we ask that vendors use only tabletop displays rather than large floor-based backdrops. One parking pass, morning refreshments and one boxed lunch per registration will be provided. Electrical hook up, web access, and additional lunches are available at extra charges (see registration form in How to Register section).Lodging

Event Confirmation
Confirmation and related information will be mailed about three weeks prior to the event date. Receipt of the confirmation is your authorization to participate in this event.Pre-Shipping

Materials must be received by 5 p.m. Monday, November 9th. Avoid surprises. Confirm delivery of any shipped materials through your carrier’s online tracking system (fedex.com, ups.com, etc.).
We are unable to accommodate literature shipped from non-registered programs.

Parking
Approximately three weeks prior to the event, registrants will be e-mailed information pertaining to on-campus parking assignments. Parking permits are not pre-shipped. A Career Center representative will be at the assigned parking lot from 8:30-10:00 to provide permits upon arrival. Because of the distance between parking and the event site, we will assist in transporting materials and people between 8:30-10:00 a.m. and again at 2:00 p.m.[ Back to Top ]
