| Job Description/ Requirements: | Bachelor's degree with minimal 2 years of work experience. Proficiency with MS Access and Excel. This person is expected to start with intermediate/advanced Access skills. Experience with all types of queries is a must, and experience with Form/Report/Macro is highly desired. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Self-starter with a creative mind. Ability to present complicated findings in simple terms, with focus on how it impacts decision making. Excellent written and verbal presentation communication skills. Understanding of accounting and finance concepts and principles. Willing to travel internationally and domestically. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: MBA or Master's degree in finance, statistics or related fields is desired. Experience with statistical techniques, including regression analysis. Understanding of programming and data warehouse basic structure. Engineering background is helpful. Verbal and written Language proficiency will help, e.g. Spanish, French, Italian, German and Dutch. JOB DUTIES: Quarterly reporting of the global retail portfolio performance to senior management. Key metrics include past dues, losses, customer concentration, etc. Global dealership financial analysis and reporting. Monitor performance of retail customer risk scorecards, and track relevant data for future enhancement. Work with finance companies overseas to standardize portfolio reporting and credit risk evaluation. Provide analytical support for decision-making. Ad-hoc analysis. |
