Assistant Business Manager:  US and Canada
Job Description/ Requirements:Salary: DOE, QUALIFICATIONS. Undergraduate degree in accounting, business, economics, finance or related field or equivalent work experience. Must be knowledgeable in basic accounting functions. Knowledgeable of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies. Must possess strong organizational and time management skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Effective presentation skills. Works independently as well as part of a team. Must be willing and able to travel and relocate. Must be a self-starter, willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Must be able to freely access all parts of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environment. As part of the project management team, the position requires the skills to manage a fast-paced construction office. DUTIES. Transactional accounting (payroll, payables, receivables), job cost management and reporting, purchasing, human resources including employment law and labor compliance, environmental compliance, subcontract administration, tax issues and business law as it relates to our operations (prompt payment, liens, ect.).**Please see this organization at the Fall Business Career Fair, Nov. 5, 2009 2-6pm in the Wade King Recreation Center MAC Gym.**
