| Job Description/ Requirements: | QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a Bachelors Degree and /or a Masters Degree, 2 or more years experience in the Transportation Industry is preferred, but not required. Must demonstrate experience in Industrial Engineering, Lean, Six Sigma and/or other process improvement methods. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication, complex problem-solving, mathematical skills are expected. Intermediate experience using Excel, Word and other common MSFT Office Products is required. The successful candidate will lead and manage corporate process improvement efforts by conducting organizational studies and evaluations. Monitor and improve the efficiency of business processes by collecting and interpreting data from various sources and making recommendations. Organize and analyze data so business decisions can be derived. |
