| Job Description/ Requirements: | Salary: DOE per year, POSITION BEGINS ASAP. HOURS PER WEEK. 40. QUALIFICATIONS. Currently, we are seeking talented tier 1 support technicians who will be responsible for providing technical customer support of all end-user software applications in order to achieve a ninety-five percent first level resolution. This includes incident management follow-up, training and consultation for dealers and other customers on new and existing applications, project support for new or upgraded systems and applications. SKILLS. Fluent in French required. Two years technical support experience. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people on a business and technical level, and excellent PC software hardware knowledge. Work well in a peer group setting and assume responsibility for learning. Flexible to work different shifts depending on the business requirement.
