Please join us for Western Washington University's annual Business Career Fair. This Career Fair is brought to you by the Career Services Center and the College of Business and Economics. The fair is open to all students who would like to pursue career and internship opportunities in business.

As a participating employer you will:

• Meet the Officers of WWU's Student Business clubs
• Meet hundreds of highly motivated, qualified candidates for career and internship positions
• Benefit from event publicity and promotions
• Expand your network by meeting students, connecting with faculty and communicating with representatives from other companies

This fair will be located in the Wade King Student Recreation Center at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington.

At the fair we will provide a 3' x 6' table. Because of space limitations, we ask that employers use only tabletop displays rather than large backdrops. Refreshments and 2 lunches will be made available. Career Services will also make arrangements to schedule rooms for interviews following the fair, as needed.

Your company or organization will be included in our pre-event publicity including an online list of employers attending (with links to the employer's website) and a Directory of Employers provided to students attending the fair. You will also have an opportunity to place an ad in the career fair section of the Western Front student newspaper. To further promote your company, you may also donate something for a door prize.

The Career Services Center will email you confirmation (see event confirmation below), including information and details for parking. Please note your registration fee includes only 1 parking pass per company. University vans are available to transport cargo to the event location.

Standard registration - $250
Fees include your booth area, refreshments, as well as up to two box lunches per employer and one parking pass.

We suggest you register early as space is limited. Pre-registration is required for this event and will be available through Viking CareerLink, our online job posting and employer database.

In addition to providing easy online event registration, this system also allows you to post job and internship opportunities as they become available. As you plan ahead to attend the career fair, please include posting your open positions as part of that process. Students will be researching career options prior to meeting you and will be eager to learn about internship and employment opportunities within your organization.

Confirmation and event information for the fair will be emailed to you within two days of registration. Receipt of the confirmation is authorization for your participation in this fair. If you do not receive your email confirmation, please contact our office at 360.650.3240.

The Career Services Center may need to be selective when determining which employers are to be represented at special events such as job fairs. Decisions will be made in a fair and equitable manner after considering factors such as space availability, student interest in employer/industry, industry balance, and employer position within the industry.
