Fall Business Career Fair Thursday, October 23, 2008 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM MAC Gym, Wade King Student Recreation Center Sponsored by the Career Services Center  and the College of Business and Economics
About the Fall Business Career Fair This is our second annual Fall Business Career Fair. The fair is co-sponsored with the College of Business and Economics. The fair is open to all students who would like to pursue career and internship opportunities in business.

Location This fair will be located in the Wade King Student Recreation Center at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washinton.
Amenities At the fair we will provide signage and a 3' x 6' table.  Because of space limitations, we ask that employers use only tabletop displays rather than large backdrops.  Refreshments and late afternoon lunches will be made available in a convenient hospitality room.  Career Services will also make arrangements to schedule rooms for interviews following the events.
Promotion Your company or organization will be included in our pre-event publicity including an online list of employers attending (with links to the employer's website) and a Directory of Employers provided to students attending the fair.  You will also have an opportunity to place an ad in the career fair section of the Western Front student newspaper.  To further promote your company, we suggest you donate something for a door prize!
Parking Upon confirmation of attendance (approximately three weeks prior to the event), the Career Services Center will send you an on-campus parking permit and map identifying your parking location.  University vans are available to transport cargo and passengers to the event location.

Registration Fees Standard registration - $250 Fees include refreshments and up to two box lunches per employer.  There can be no refunds for cancellations made after October 2, 2008.

Event Confirmation Confirmation packets will be sent approximately three weeks prior to the event (payment needs to be received prior to confirmation). The Career Services Center may need to be selective when determining which employers are represented at special events such as career fairs.  Decisions will be made in a fair and equitable manner after considering factors such as space availability, student interest in employer/industry, industry balance and employer position within its industry.
